The new streamer DAC from the Series 5.2 is a compact, fully balanced unit that is Roon Ready and supports TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Spotify Connect and Spotify Lossless HD

You’ll also find Bluetooth 5.2 In and Out supporting the aptX HD codec.

A dedicated digital output allows the DS-5.2 to be used as a pure streamer, you get HDMI eARC for TV and a colour touchscreen display and an integrated line preamplifier function. Single-ended RCAs, optical, coax in and out are supplied in addition to USB. Ethernet and Wi-Fi are also supported.

You’ll find a built-in headphone amplifier on the front that offers a 6.35mm port.

Compatibility with the dedicated PSX-5.2 external power supply is offered too.

Handling up to 32bit/384kHz and DSD256 and available in black, you get an app and remote controls to, well, control.

Price for the the DS-5.2 is £1,250.
