CF-1010 FROM CONNECTED FIDELITY

Manufactured in the UK, the CF-1010 is a 9″ tonearm, with a curved titanium arm and integral head-shell
The head shell of the new CF-1010 also has a resonance absorbing component.
At the fitting end, the three fixings and centre pillar hole are in a Linn configuration. The arm bearings are all pre-loaded single point types.
According to the company, the wires from the tone-arm offer almost no resistance, so constant anti-skate bias (from a hanging weight) is assured across the record surface.
The package includes all the necessary hardware for setting up the arm including a 2.0m tone-arm cable (RCA), a digital cartridge down-force scale, and a vinyl brush cleaner.
Accessories include a choice of different counterweights and head-shell weight sets.
The standard counterweight supplied will be suitable for most cartridges. Connected-Fidelity will however be offering customers advice on the optimum resonant frequency for their cartridge and how to achieve it. Price is £3,499.
The CF-1010 will also be sold as a Connected-Fidelity package as part of the company’s own TT Hub turntable, with or without a Hana Cartridge. Have a chat with the company if you’re interested.
