HARLEY-DAVIDSON FROM PRO-JECT

Pro-Ject has joined forces with Harley-Davidson to produce a special-edition turntable inspired by the motorcycle company’s Bar & Shield logo

The sculpted Harley-Davidson design uses an aluminium and MDF sandwich chassis, combining rigidity with resonance control. Its drive system features an aluminium sub-platter, heavy glass platter and 915g record puck.

An 8.6in S-shaped aluminium tonearm arrives with an SME headshell, damped counterweight and adaptive anti-skating system. A pre-adjusted Pick it Pro moving-magnet cartridge is included.

Finishing touches include polished aluminium parts, a leather record mat and height-adjustable, TPE-damped feet. The deck is handmade in Europe and supplied with a phono cable, although the dust cover costs extra.

Available via special order, the price is £2,299.
