Simaudio’s new Moon 680D streaming DAC includes an onboard MiND 2 streaming module and handles signals up to 32bit/384kHz and DSD256
You’ll find a host of Internet services covered including TIDAL Masters, Qobuz Sublime+ and Deezer Hi-Fi.
Bluetooth aptX is on board as well as Ethernet connectivity.
The 680D is Roon-ready and MQA certified too.
The company commented, ‘The 680D streaming DAC is the response to the many requests we have had from both consumers and retailers who wanted to get close to the performance and flexibility of the 780D v2, but at a more affordable price point.”
Weighing in at 19kg, it spans 476 x 102 x 427mm.
The 680D is available in a choice of black or two-tone finishes.
A silver finish is also available – on a 10-week special order at no extra cost.
Price is £8,900.
