XM CD Player From Exposure

The new, top-loading XM CD player that can also be used as a transport. It includes a Burr Brown PCM1716 DAC
Arriving with a remote, the XM CD display can be turned off by the same remote to reduce noise and enhance sound quality.
Arriving with a large toroidal power transformer with separate windings for CD transport mechanism and audio stages, the XM also features a, “…high-stability crystal clock reference and dedicated power supply regulator for the transport and audio stages ensure low jitter performance,” said the company.
Sitting in an all-aluminium casework with extruded front panel, the chassis spans 94mm x 218 x 348mm and weighs in at 4kg.
The CD player is available now, with a choice black or titanium finish at £1,200.
