S800 CD player From Mitchell & Johnson

New in the 800 Series is a new CD player, the S800. Entirely designed, engineered and built in the UK
Just a brief, quicky for you on this one.
Inside the chassis, the digital-to-analogue conversion is performed by an ESS Sabre DAC (not sure which one as yet) coupled to a European-sourced CD drive. A linear power supply is also featured.
Outputs include balanced XLR, unbalanced RCA and digital (S/PDIF coaxial and Toslink optical) plus a 12V Power Link.
The S800 CD player can be ordered now with wider availability in April. Price is £1,299.
