Monitor Audio and Roksan add BluOS, B&O adds Google Assistant and Q Acoustics adds a new speaker finish

Monitor Audio, its sister brand Roksan and Lenbrook International, the owner and developer of the BluOS multi-room platform, has announced a global cooperation agreement that will bring the BluOS streaming platform to upcoming Monitor Audio and Roksan products.

The announcement marks Monitor Audio’s entrance into the growing multi-room streaming category and signals their intent to make BluOS their multi-room platform choice for Monitor Audio and Roksan branded products in the future.

Q ACOUSTICS

Q Acoustics is introducing a new all gloss version of the Concept 500 model from this month.

The full gloss model at £3,599 comes in a white or black gloss finish, while the dual finish model at £3,999 acts as a, “…showcase for the white and black gloss facade with subtle strips of Italian pale oak or deep rosewood real-wood veneer at the rear for a sophisticated visual cue,” said an obviously excited and colour-coded member of staff.

BANG & OLUFSEN

Danish brand, Bang & Olufsen, has announced Beosound 1 and Beosound 2 with the Google Assistant. The two new smart speakers combine Google’s voice assistant.

The BeoSound 1 is £1,250 while the BeoSound 2 is £1,650
