Hooke Verse earphones acts as a pair of Bluetooth earphones and a binaural 3D recording tool

The Hooke Verse records 3D sound as you hear it through microphones on the speaker.

“The magic lies in its proprietary Bluetooth codec that enables smart devices to interpret and convert audio packets into stereo,” said the company.

Currently, though Bluetooth can function as a playback technology, it apparently does not work as a recording technology. Hooke Audio’s embedded systems and mobile codec reportedly solves this problem. Price is £145.
