BAR Soundbars From Klipsch

Two new soundbars, the BAR 40 and BAR 48 are both made from wood enclosures, include woven grilles and Bluetooth
The Klipsch BAR 48 is a 3.1 channel soundbar system with a Tractrix horn and three 25mm tweeters.
Featuring a dedicated centre channel speaker and a wireless 203mm subwoofer.
There’s also built-in surround sound processing technologies such as Dolby Digital audio technology, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS and DTS-HD. It spans 1,211 x 73 x 86mm and can be wall-mounted or placed on a table.
In addition, you can also combine it with the optional Surround 3 (£265) speakers (spanning 302 x 410 x 410mm).
The Surround 3s are wireless surround sound speakers. To confirm, this option is only available with the BAR 48.
The Klipsch BAR 40 is a 2.1 soundbar including a Tractrix horn and three 19mm tweeters plus a wireless 6.5” subwoofer.
The BAR 40 features a built-in Dolby Audio decoder and enhanced virtual surround sound modes and measures 1,014 x 73 x 86mm (the subwoofer spans 241 x 359 x 241mm).
The Klipsch BAR 48 and BAR 40 feature controls on the top surface plus optical and 3.5mm inputs. They can also be controlled by the supplied remote control. Both can also either be wall-mounted or sit directly on the same surface as the TV.
The BAR 48 is priced at £565 and the BAR 40 at £350 with the Surround 3 at £265. The BAR 48 is out now. The Surround 3 and BAR 40 will arrive during late-Summer 2019.
