The SP4 is a 16-channel processor that comes with 16 assignable XLR outputs and two additional dedicated downmix outputs

It is expandable to a 32-channel system via a set of 16 optional RCA sockets, enabling the SP4 to run two parallel 16 channel systems. Its Dolby Atmos, Auro-3D and DTS:X TM capabilities sit alongside conventional surround formats.

Dirac Live room correction technology is accompanied by seven HDMI inputs, three of which feature HDMI2.0/HDCP2.2 and four have HDMI1.4/HDCP2.2. These four inputs can also be configured for HDMI2.0/HDCP2.2 in the password protected installer setup pages. Three optical Toslink and three SPDIF RCA digital audio inputs complete the digital connections, eight RCA single ended inputs for use as 7.1 or four stereo inputs.

Digital signals may be output via the two HDMI sockets and the SP4 can be controlled using Savant, RTI, Control4 and Crestron (with plugin modules).

An iOS app and webpage are also available for users who do not have control systems.

The online connectivity of the product permits trained installers to remotely monitor the status of the SP4 and reconfigure it for their clients from anywhere.

The SP4 has been designed as a wholly customisable product, with fully assignable channel configuration and a fully configurable channel matrix and, being built on a 3U modular platform, the Bryston engineers can integrate future advanced technologies and make upgrades available to consumers, extending the life of the product.
