The 3D wireless speaker is equipped with voice recognition, ‘NASA’ solar charging technology (not quite sure exactly what that means, but still), a “DJ Mode” (allowing three Bluetooth enabled devices to control music at once) and HD sound to provide a solar powered solution for your outdoor audio and music needs.

The chassis is equipped with three individual speakers located within the device as well as a large speaker on the outside that produces 20 hours of music from seven hours of sunlight and, as you can see be the accompanying photograph, can be completely submerged in water. It also includes a waterproof rubber membrane to absorb shock and sound vibrations.

A NFC (Near Field Communication) feature connects with wireless devices at a quicker speed than Bluetooth, using less energy with less likelihood of interference while a built-in AUX outlet allows for direct connection to the speaker from an external piece of hardware.

Available in eight different colours, the unit can withstand temperatures from 0°F to 175°F / -20°C to 80°C. Price is $249 and it’ll be out in January 2017.
